Yum

This needs to be shared with anyone who's on a diet :)

-1/2 bag of frozen assorted fruit (I buy the mango kind)
-Fat free vanilla yogurt
-Skim milk
-Pomegranate juice (sugar free if you can find it)

 ***Blend***



Less than 200 calories and it might be the tastiest thing I have ever made.
